In Blues we trust
Anyone talking about Italian rock music cannot fail to mention Zucchero. Born on 25 September 1955 in Roncocesi in the province of Regio Emilia, Adelmo Fornaciari is the best known Italian rock musician, singer, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter today. Legends like John Lee Hooker, Eric Clapton, B.B. King, Joe Cocker, Miles Davis, Elton John or Queen has already collaborated with the ‘father of Italian blues’, who wrote global hits like ‘Senza Una Donna’ (featuring Paul Young) and ‘Diamante’ (featuring Randy Crawford, both in 1991). His music, which he performs in Italian and English, is inspired by gospel, blues and rock. His successful career spans over 30 years and Zucchero has sold more than 60 million albums and had number one chart hits 13 times in Italy alone. Ischgl is the first stop on his new ‘Black Cat’ world tour 2017. The Italian rocker will perform his current album ‘Black Cat’ here in the middle of the ski area together with many other hits, like ‘Baila’, ‘Diavolo In Me’, ‘Miserere’ and ‘Senza Una Donna’.
