Updating and organizing the inventory management
Ordering
Cost calculation and monitoring of the use of goods
Negotiating skills with suppliers and grocers (experience with HOGAST is an advantage)
close cooperation and communication with all department heads and management positions
Controlling our 4 outlets (hotel restaurant, hotel bar, night club Pacha Ischgl, table dance club Crazy Ugly)
Card management
Coordination, training and support for all service areas
Human resource management

Completed vocational training (hotel and restaurant specialist, commercial training)
Professional experience in comparable establishments in the hotel and/or catering industry
Affinity for numbers, in-depth IT knowledge, business know-how, organizational skills
Experience in dealing with merchandise management or cash management systems
responsibility and resilience
commitment and initiative
strong quality and service orientation
the eye and attention to detail
Flexibility, ability to work in a team, hands-on skills, problem-solving skills
good knowledge of German and English
