Chef de cuisine (m/f/d)

• Management, organisation and leadership of the kitchen team
• Calculation, control and organisation of purchasing and stock management
• Receipt of orders and quality control
• Careful and professional preparation of food
• Creating weekly menus for our half-board guests (+ Christmas menu, New Year's Eve menu etc.)
• Organising the workplace, complying with all hygiene regulations according to HACCP and ensuring occupational safety

• Completed vocational training and relevant experience in upscale catering
• Ability to work in a team and collegiality
• Flexibility and a structured, independent way of working
• Good written and spoken German or English skills
• Enjoyment of the job and dealing with guests
• Well-groomed appearance

Remuneration according to the statutory collective agreement. Willingness to overpay, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
