Silvretta

Become part of the dedicated Silvretta team! We are looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for our restaurants WIARTSHAUS, BÄRAFALLA, STIAR and HALF-BOARD RESTAURANT ALPIN starting from end-November.

Responsibility for the assigned items in the kitchen
Support of the chef or sous chef
Coordination & organization of kitchen work
Ordering food
Control of the quality of the food

Completed training as a chef
Professional experience as a chef de partie
Good knowledge of German and English is an advantage
