The in-house gourmet restaurant Stüva has developed from an insider tip to one of the top gourmet addresses in Austria. Here, Benjamin Parth and his kitchen team translate the philosophy of the Alpine lifestyle metropolis of Ischgl into a modern gourmet concept that is regularly recognized by local testers. Guests appreciate the refined 5-toque cuisine: cosmopolitan, cheeky and unusual, garnished with a strong breeze of fantasy, puristic and fully geared towards enjoyment. We are now looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for our gourmet restaurant STÜVA in the Hotel YSCLA ****s in the Alpine lifestyle metropolis of Ischgl
our restaurant is one of the top establishments in Austria, which is also regularly confirmed by top ratings from local testers

You have successfully completed vocational training in the upscale hotel/gastronomy industry
You have several years of professional experience and know your way around star gastronomy
good knowledge of German is required
Quality awareness, commitment and commitment will contribute to good team performance
Start of service: end of November 2023
Season: until early May 2024
in the course of the winter season we can - if both parties have good experiences - talk about an extension into the summer season 2024 (beginning of July to mid-September 2024)
