• responsible for the organization, preparation and presentation of the food on the post
• safe work on all posts in the kitchen and management of the corresponding post
• Support of the chef and cooperation with the whole team
• Check daily tasks and coordinate with the chef
• Compliance with all HACCP hygiene regulations

• Completed education
• Work experience in a comparable position
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, creativity and organizational skills
• Friendly and polite appearance as well as good manners and team-oriented action
• Creativity and reliable participation
