Project-related event organization for the Paznaun-Ischgl tourism destination, especially for sports and entertainment events
The focus is on the following activities for the planning, implementation and follow-up of the events:
- Creation of event manuals and production (site plan, infrastructure requirements, logistics, etc.) as well as planning and coordination of the technical implementation of events (infrastructure, event technology, etc.)
- Processing any necessary official requests and obtaining permits
- Coordination with participating sports associations, management, etc.
- organizational processing (structure including task distribution, personnel plan, schedule, etc.)
- Planning and implementation of event security (rescue, security, police)
- Coordination of the field of play, e.g. E.g. the route in an MTB race
- Registration of participants
- Organization of side events (entertainment, show elements), food & beverage as well as accommodation and meals for all participants
- Interface to event-related marketing, press and social media measures
- Implementation of event collaborations
- Collaboration with service providers in the area of time measurement and results management at sporting events
- Processing inquiries and assisting in evaluating the creation of feasibility studies for potential new events

Completed training or studies in the commercial sector or event management
Professional experience in the area of event and/or project management
Knowledge of event technology and infrastructure
Organizational talent, ability to work in a team and enjoyment of working independently
very good communication skills, assertiveness and accuracy
Confident dealings with stakeholders and cooperation partners
very good MS Office or MS 365 knowledge
very good knowledge of German and English
Knowledge of using terrain or spatial planning software
Knowledge of budgeting
Driving license class B

With more than 2 million overnight stays, the tourism association Paznaun – Ischgl in western Tyrol is one of the 3 strongest regions in the Austrian state of Tyrol. The association has more than 1000 members spread over the four towns of Galtür, Ischgl, Kappl and See. The passion of the region is the lifestyle and ski metropolis Ischgl, which has been attracting guests to the south-western Paznaun Valley for decades with the cross-border Silvretta Arena Ischgl-Samnaun ski and bike area, top cuisine and top events. The three smaller towns of Galtür, Kappl and See not only impress their guests with their traditional charm and high-quality accommodation, but also with three quality-tested family ski areas and summer adventure parks. The tourism association Paznaun - Ischgl is responsible for tourism marketing, event organization and the tourism infrastructure in the region, and is the information point for guests and partner companies. In the long term, the TVB is also responsible for the strategic development of the region. The head office of the TVB is in Ischgl, flanked by the information offices in Galtür, Kappl and See. The company employs around 70 people on average, spread over the areas of information, marketing & events, rental office, B2B, products, employee marketing (CREW), infrastructure and field service. In close cooperation with the mountain railways and municipalities, the tourism association has set itself the goal of presenting the Paznaun Valley as an attractive tourist region all year round with exciting activities and events, modern infrastructure and innovative offers and marketing.
