• Management of the areas - housekeeping floor, housekeeping - public areas and the laundry
• Receiving, handling and forwarding complaints
• Monitoring of duty rosters
• Close cooperation with reception
• Review of our high standard cleaning of the luxurious guest rooms and suites as well as the associated corridors and public areas
• Organisation of order and cleanliness also in the floor office and the storage rooms
• Inventory control of consumables
• Economical management of work materials
• conscientious reporting of lost property

• Experience
• Affinity to cleanliness and attention to detail
• Open-minded attitude towards new proposals
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations and cleaning products
• Leadership quality
• Knowledge of German and English
