Working with the hotel software Protel
Recording, allocation and processing of room reservations
Active sales and advice to our guests about the location, facilities and offers of our house
Overview of room occupancy
Cooperation with travel agencies and booking portals
Control and maintenance of the booking portals
Telephone support for our customers

Completed vocational training
Professional experience in reception and reservations
Good communication skills with a strong service orientation
Very good computer skills, ideally experience with Protel
Structured, organized and independent way of working
Sense of responsibility
Flexibility, teamwork and resilience
knowledge of foreign languages
