The in-house gourmet restaurant Stüva has developed from an insider tip to one of the top gourmet addresses in Austria. Here, Benjamin Parth and his kitchen team translate the philosophy of the Alpine lifestyle metropolis of Ischgl into a modern gourmet concept that is regularly recognized by local testers. Guests appreciate the refined 5-toque cuisine: cosmopolitan, cheeky and unusual, garnished with a strong breeze of fantasy, puristic and fully geared towards enjoyment.
