The history of Visnitzbahn chairlift

sAMNAUN

Visnitzbahn chairlift has two “siblings”. The first, smaller T-bar lift was built in 1978 and replaced by a detachable chairlift in 1994. Until 2019, the former Visnitzbahn chairlift carried around 24 million guests to the summit. The new D-Line lift now replaces the old lift.
