The approach to the “Anam Cara“ sector takes about 20 minutes. The area is named after the “Anam Cara” boulder problem. According to ancient Celtic mythology, the name translates to “soulmate”. The route was first completed in 2007 by accomplished Tyrolean boulderer Bernd Zangerl. Today, it is still one of the most popular routes of the bouldering scene. “British Airways“ and “Pretty Belinda” (both rated 8A) are two of the most iconic extreme bouldering routes.
