Trofana Royal

Drinks and food service at our hotel bar
Preparation of cocktails
Issue of room bills and booking in the system
Deputizing for the Chef de Bar with his duties on his day off
Carrying out daily mise en place work
Responsibility for cleanliness and order

Professional experience in the bar area
Good communication skills with a strong service orientation
Cocktail, coffee and spirits knowledge
Sense of responsibility
Flexibility, teamwork and resilience
German language skills
