-->Ensuring the safety of our guests at the entrance and inside the restaurant
-->Monitoring of the entrance to avoid unwanted guests or potential problematic situations
-->Friendly and respectful interaction with guests to ensure a positive atmosphere
-->Enforcement of house rules and compliance with local regulations
-->De-escalation of conflicts and appropriate action to prevent security-critical situations
-->Supporting the team as needed to ensure smooth running of operations

-->Experience in bouncer, security or a similar role would be an advantage
-->Knowledge of local safety regulations
-->Good communication skills and ability to act calmly and prudently in stressful situations
-->Team spirit and ability to work with colleagues and guests
-->Polite and respectful demeanor
-->GOOD GERMAN LANGUAGE SKILLS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED
