Head of bar for hotel bar (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced and accomplished Bar Manager to join our team at our renowned 4-star superior hotel in Ischgl, Tyrol. As Bar Manager you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests at the hotel bar. Directing and overseeing all bar activities to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Creating and designing innovative and appealing cocktail menus, taking into account current trends and preferences.
Maintaining a well stocked bar with a variety of spirits, beverages and garnishes.
Handle money and transactions conscientiously in accordance with all financial and accounting procedures.
Ensuring the bar area is clean, organized and meets all hygiene and safety standards.
Interacting with guests, taking drink orders and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
Inventory monitoring and control, ordering supplies to avoid shortages or waste.

Previous experience as a bar manager or in a managerial position in an upscale establishment.
In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverages and the ability to create unique and appealing beverage recipes.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to ensure guests feel welcome and well looked after.
Organizational and multitasking skills to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to bar and beverage service.
Fluent knowledge of German and/or English, additional languages are an advantage.
Passion for hospitality, providing outstanding quality of service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Our hotel is situated 80 meters far away from the pardatschgratseilbahn and approx. 5 going minutes from the local centre. We are a **** hotel with 60 beds. All our rooms are comfortably equipped with shower or bath/WC, hair dryer, bathrobes, sow TV, radio, telephone, safe, mini bar and wireless internet connection. You should visit the Wellness area. To emphasize we would like those excellently well-known kitchen as well as first-class service. The general Austrian trading conditions apply.
