Night Audit (m/w/d)

Designhotel Madlein GmbH

To strengthen the team at the reception of our centrally located design hotel, we are looking for a night porter (m / f / d) for the coming winter season.

Late check-in and check-out of our hotel guests
Responsibility for a smooth operation in the hotel during the night
Inspection tours
Various reception work such as wake-up calls for guests
Handover on the day shift
Processing of correspondence and telephone service
Preparatory work for the following day (e.g. sorting receipts, preparing the travel bags)

Hotel-specific or tourist training
Relevant work experience
Guest or service-oriented mindset
flexibility
Teamwork
Structured, independent way of working
perfect manners and well-groomed appearance
English and / or German skills
Knowledge of Micros Fidelio or a comparable hotel program is an advantage
