The Gourmet Boutique Hotel YSCLA is one of the most traditional hotels in Ischgl and enjoys an excellent reputation, especially among gourmets. The in-house gourmet restaurant Stüva has developed from an insider tip to one of the top gourmet addresses in Austria. Here Benjamin Parth and his kitchen team translate the philosophy of the Alpine lifestyle metropolis of Ischgl into a modern gourmet concept that regularly receives awards from local testers. Guests appreciate the sophisticated 5-toque cuisine: cosmopolitan, cheeky and unusual, garnished with a strong breeze of imagination, purist and fully tailored to enjoyment. Since the beginning of the 2020/21 winter season, Ischgl has had an innovative gastronomic concept with SPACE 73: The new restaurant by “Gault&Millau Chef of the Year 2019” Benjamin Parth is an attractive mix of restaurant, bar and lounge and combines culinary with cool Sound and art experience. For the coming winter season 2022/23 we are looking for a dedicated sous chef for our 2 toque restaurant Space73 (m/f/d).

  • You have successfully completed your professional training as a chef
  • You have several years of professional experience
  • You are resilient and reliable
  • You cook with that certain "whistle" and like to add your personal extra to the existing menu
  • good knowledge of German is required
  • Quality awareness, commitment and commitment will contribute to good team performance
  • Start of service: end of November 2023
  • End of season: early May 2024
