Preparing and cooking quality meals
Participation in the design and planning of the menus
Jointly responsible for the purchase and storage of the goods
team leadership
Bring your own creative ideas
Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with HACCP standards

Several years of experience in upscale gastronomy
Very good product and specialist knowledge
Enthusiasm and great interest in a working environment with high quality standards
Well-groomed, confident and friendly demeanor
Independent thinking and acting
Ability to work in a team, flexibility, resilience and reliability
Very good knowledge of German and English

Performance-related payment above the industry average (the 13th and 14th monthly salary are paid aliquot with us)
