Our family has been baking bread and pastries for the people and their guests in Paznaun for over 100 years. The tradition of baking bread has been continued in our family for 4 generations.

The Kurz bakery has remained a family business to this day. The company focuses on products from the region with selected, natural ingredients in order to produce regional products of the highest quality. In addition, the Kurz bakery offers a range of organic breads and a selection of 50 different frozen baked goods to bake yourself.
