Pilgrimage Chapel of the Sorrowful Mother Mary in Unterpardatsch
Ischgl
The pilgrimage chapel was built in 1883/34 in the middle of the forest instead of a roadside chapel from 1676. Next to the chapel is a wooden salettl (Austrian for: open garden house) in which votive pictures hang. Numerous votive pictures, mainly from the period between 1860 and 1900, can also be found in the chapel. They tell of the blows of fate that people from the surrounding area had suffered.
